The following person to accept our invitation is Patrick Cowden who was very happy that a project like LSS exists and is more than happy to contribute to the event.
Patrick Cowden’s vision is to create an atmosphere in companies, where people are willing to strive to contribute by their own motivation. At the core of their methods and training is the principle of relationships and human interaction.
During his workshop, Patrick will challenge LSS participants to find out what can be Beyond Leadership.

There are people of various age and gender, from all walks of life, with a multitude of skills and life experiences. About Patrick Cowden
Patrick has been manager at Deutsche Bank, Cap Gemini, EMC!, Bertelsmann, Dell, HITACHI, among others, and is lecturer at University of St. Gallen, Mannheim Business-School, University of Cologne, European Business School Oestrich-Winkel.
